Refund Policy
All The Silver Lining items are handmade exclusively by Sterling and made to order. Due to the custom and one of a kind nature of our products:
• All items are non-refundable once an order is placed, including for change of mind or personal preference.
• Customizations or special requests cannot be changed after 1 business day from the order being placed.
• Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced.
• Minor variations in size, color, or appearance are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
• If an item is incorrect, damaged, or missing upon arrival, please contact contact thesilverlining.sag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to correct the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
• While every item is carefully packaged, The Silver Lining is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.
